Yes you can upgrade to version 10, during the installation avira will a prompt to uninstall previous version, select uninstall and in the next step select "keep the previous license and other configuration settings",

I have checked and enable both to turn on status. However, the loading banner of any affected web pages are detected by scanned for viruses and malware does not work.
Could you please explain how do I turn this program work normal again...???

# right click it-> un-tick the option AntiVir Guard enable.
# right click it-> un-tick the option MailGuard enable.
# right click it-> un-tick the option WebGuard enable.
# right click it->Firewall -> un-tick the option Firewall enable.
You should now see a closed, white umbrella on a red background
2. That is an automatic flood protection message generated by AntiVir's firewall. It usually means that the firewall settings are too restrictive with the ICMP or somebody tried to flood you.
You can go to Configuration, Firewall, Adapter Rules, ICMP Protocol, Assume flooding if delay between packets is less than 20 ms, click OK, click Apply.

Web based emails will not be scanned by avira only emails through "mail clients" will be scanned by avira. The MailGuard component of AntiVir intercepts POP3 / IMAP / SMTP traffic(port 110 default port for non encrypted POP3 traffic).
